Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- ⅓ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- 3 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup finely chopped onion
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon dried dill
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375℉.
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
1 pound ground chicken, ⅓ cup breadcrumbs, 1 egg, Juice of ½ a lemon, 3 cloves garlic, ¼ cup finely chopped onion, ¼ cup chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon olive oil, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon dried oregano, ½ teaspoon dried dill, ¼ teaspoon pepper
Form the mixture into 24-28 evenly-sized meatballs, and place on a lined baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs for 22-25 minutes until lightly browned on the outside.
For a complete meal, serve with tomatoes, cucumber, tzatziki and your favorite grain.
Notes
Storage: Store Greek chicken meatballs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 days, or freeze for 3 months.
